Long Weekend Gaming

by Rich on May 3, 2010

With a baby on the way, I’ve been assigned DIY duties all weekend and was only able to squeeze in a little gaming.  I was able to farm a few million halos in Bayonetta and kick a few asses in Street Fighter IV but that was all I managed to get played.

Now I’ve got my DIY chores done and dusted I’m planing some gaming for today.

I’m going to give the Halo: Reach beta a shot which launches today and also have a crack at ‘The Passing’ in Left 4 Dead 2.

What have you played over the weekend?

Managed to sneak in some more Dragon Age, still loving it. Fights are getting tough but rewarding. Some fool sent an assassin to kill me – he had a shed load of dudes to help him, took a couple of goes but i laid the smackdown in then end and then he joined us! Bizarre but fun…

I to was revisiting some old games I enjoy: Fallout 3 and Dragon Age chief among them. With a wealth of player created content thats well thought out and in some cases better that the official DLC (www.fallout3nexus.com and it’s sister sites for Elder Scrolls 4 and Dragon Age as well as Biowares site http://social.bioware.com) I’m finding it hard to leave the games (even though I’ve completed them)!
